Golden Riviera is just one of a six part chain owned and operated by the Golden Group If you do your homework, then you will find. It clearly appeals to a large number of players but we think that’s more of a snob factor than anything else, well, snob factor or not, the reality is that Golden Riviera has built a strong foundation in this industry both with their popular site as well as their solid reputation and eCOGRA accreditation. We decided not to just take their word for it though and headed over to check things out for ourselves.

When we made introduction to the new UK site we were very happy to find that it was not simply the main site with everything switched to pounds, but a completely custom set-up geared specifically to the UK crowd. This is very high class that whole place has a professional upscale feeling.

The navigation menu is clear and to the point, making it very easy for even a first time player to find their way around with no difficulty. It is always nice to not have to wade through the mess to find what you are looking for. The one problem we ran into here is that there was no help menu or FAQ list to be found. We feel that these options should be accessible from anywhere rather than just from specific locations. But it is not that hard to add one more link.

If you find yourself really under pressure with an issue there is always help on the main site or from customer support.

If you frequently find yourself in front of several different computers at various times, then you can take benefit of the non-downloading Flash version of things it is very sad full for you that non-Windows users are still left out in the cold here as we found no options for them at Golden Riviera. With a bit of luck this is an area that they are determined to improve upon.

Golden Riviera has offered up a unique site just for UK enjoyment. It is a very good touch that we like it even better that the site is fully functional and pleasing to be a part of. We would really like to see the additional support necessary to open the site up to alternative user system, but this will be a work in progress.
