We tried both the freephone and the live chat options in this area with mixed results. The freephone was wonderful, the agent was on quickly and we had a pleasant and accurate answer in just a few minutes. It wasn’t the answer we wanted, but hey, we can’t win all the time. The live chat proved to be disappointing as it took over ten minutes for anyone to even log on to help us. This was very upsetting because it can often be a very valuable tool for players.

Now, River Belle has one really fun and unique feature that we have to point out, the Belle Rock Buddy software. This cool little tool is provided free of charge by the Belle Rock Group, River Belle’s parent company. Belle Rock Group owns and operates several online casinos and with this handy little helper you can manages separate accounts at each one.
